I started my roof repair with a trusted handyman that begged me to let him replace my roof. It went very badly. My handyman was great at performing small repairs, but the roof was clearly beyond his capabilities. I needed help FAST. The roof work was half completed, and poorly at that. I contacted Mike at Royal Renovations. He got back to me within the hour!, inspected my roof the same day ! He had a crew complete the roof 2 days later. I was clearly in a vulnerable position, he could have easily taken advantage of me. He was absolutely fair with me. I recommend him and his company without reservation. I would absolutely make myself a reference. Thanks again for saving the day.

I was absolutely blown away by Royal Renovators. From start to finish they were professional, quick, communicative and documented everything /step. They care about every little detail and always consulted what was best for me. I feel safe and secure knowing my building is under a quality roof. They did a full roof replacement and did it so quickly! It was quick but, still so well done and carefully. Using only the best materials for 2022. What the best part of this company is how well they treat their team and members. It honestly feels like a big family there to support you. Honestly it is Night and Day from my previous roof. When they were all done they cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I cannot thank Royal Renovators enough for this. If you are reading this please do not hesitate on using them.

When it came time to replace the shingle roof on my home, I reached out to Royal Renovators Inc. and couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire team was polite, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right. Jaime, Anna, and the rest of the crew worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure each section of the roof was installed properly. They also took the time to check the flashing and ensure everything was watertight. By the end of the project, my house had a brand-new roof that looked beautiful and felt incredibly secure. The professionalism and dedication of this company really set them apart from others in New York.

Our building in Jackson Heights had been due for a new flat roof and gutter system for a while. Not an emergency, just one of those big, necessary projects that kept getting pushed down the list. When we finally decided to take care of it this spring, we called Royal Roofing after seeing their work on a nearby property. From the first visit, they were straightforward, respectful, and—what I really appreciated—patient. They answered every question, explained the options without jargon, and helped us prioritize what needed to be done now vs. what could wait and all of our financing options. We ended up going with the finance option that is allowing us to pay $199 a month which is crazy! The job was smooth. The crew was focused and professional, and they clearly had a system. They replaced the entire roof and upgraded the gutters without disrupting the neighbors or our routines too much, which is saying something in a tight Queens block.

Great experience with Royal Renovators. I hired Royal Renovators in February to replace my roof. Once the workers started removing the roof, they realized all of the roofing layers — plywood, bricks, etc. — needed to be replaced. Hearing this was traumatizing because I knew the job was going to cost more than anticipated. But Ethan worked with me on the price and even offered a payment plan. The work was completed in one day. The workers were efficient, left the job site clean and Ethan communicated with videos and pictures throughout the process. I love my new roof and highly recommend Royal Renovators.

I truly can't say enough good things about Mike and his team at Royal Renovators. They do fantastic, high quality work, with the highest integrity. They work quickly and are excellent at communicating with clients to keep them updated on their project - frankly, much better communication than other contractors I've hired previously. More details about the job we hired Royal for. We bought a 3 family home in Brooklyn a few years ago that had been renovated by flippers. It had an EIFs siding that we eventually discovered had some issues that resulted in water leakage. We had gone through a few different contractors who patched the EIFs and "waterproofed" it with different kinds of sealants, but eventually, we always had another issue crop up that needed to be addressed. We hired Royal on a word-of-mouth recommendation, and had them replace the EIFS siding on the entire front and back exteriors of our home. The first thing that struck us working with Royal is how knowledgeable the project manager, Mike, was. He really knows his stuff and was able to help us understand the different options ahead of us. After the work began, they found that the company that originally gut renovated and flipped the home had not properly installed the EIFs (they literally hadn't applied any waterproofing underneath) causing damage to some of the underlying wood sheets beneath. Mike kept us updated on everything they found, and how to fix it properly. They replaced all damaged wood and installed all required layers for waterproofing and insulation in a textbook fashion. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of work, and the photos from before, during and after the renovation speak for themselves. They left the job site very clean, and were extremely professional. We did this work at the beginning of the summer, and haven't had any issues since. Very grateful for Mike and his team. I'd recommend them without hesitation. Thank you, Royal Renovators!

Today I had the pleasure of watching, from my 26th floor apartment, as the team at Royal Renovators replaced a roof on a home across the street in Forest Hills, Queens. I was truly impressed by the speed, efficiency, and organization of this hardworking crew. A large team arrived early, cleared the snow, removed the old roof, and carefully installed the new roofing system layer by layer. It was clear they were experienced professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. It was like watching a bee-hive on the nature channel. The activity was non-stop, the entire process felt like watching a perfectly coordinated operation. Materials arrived right on time, were lifted to the roof by crane, every worker moved with purpose (including going up and down the ladder) while supporting one another. The energy never slowed down and the job site stayed active from start to finish. I'm not sure I ever saw a single worker stop to rest or take a break. Even with the short and cold February days, the crew completed the entire project before sunset. I live in an apartment so I may not need roofing services anytime soon, but if I ever do, Royal Renovators will absolutely be my first call.

I originally called Royal Renovators Inc for what I thought was a minor issue at my property in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, but it turned out to be damage from an old, poorly done repair. Eric explained the situation clearly and laid out realistic options without any pressure. The repair was handled properly, the cleanup was thorough, and the entire process felt straightforward from start to finish. Definitely a company I would trust again.

We had a leak in the living room from the roof so we reached out to Mike with Royal Renovators Inc. and schedule an appointment for this morning to repair the leak. So Jamie and his crew came out and took care of the leak once and for all! Thank you again Mike and Jamie for everything you guys have done for our family!
